Yesterday was a special day for us. We all worked very hard for this day. Dom will tell you himself, he put his life into "From The Westside With Love". As we all know, hard work pays off. I'm kind of at a loss for words because words can't even describe the feeling. The progress feels good. The downloads are coming in like crazy! Thank you to all the supporters! Special shout out to the JBC team; Big Arch, Mike Reese, Fred Mac, Cale, Brice, Courtni, Rebecca, Jason, Polyester, OverDoz, the whole JBC Street team, and anybody else that played a role in this release. SXSW: Austin, TX - Day 5

Day 5 at SXSW! The west was definitely well represented out in Austin for South By South West! Pac Div and DOM killed the Lallapalooza Showcase! Shout out to my bro Skeme and everybody from Cali for holding my bro down out there. Then we slid over to Club Deville to watch DOM, Diz & Moonshine, Kurrupt, U-N-I, Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar, MURS, DJ Quik and Bone Thugs & Harmony KILL the Respect The West Showcase! Thanks to Ryan Ford, Adidas, Skull Candy, and the rest of the sponsors for having us! Special shout outs to the JBC Family and all of our legs for not giving out on us after 5 days of hustling out there!

HARD WORK WEDNESDAY: Curly Tops & Nautica Jackets

It's been exactly 1 year to this date since our good friends Polyester and Lou of LAUSD dropped the mixtape Curly Tops and Nautica Jackets. This project is proof that if you have a vision and you work hard at it, anything is possible. They were able to get over 30 up and coming artists into the studio to record a cohesive mixtape with a dope theme. It's good to see all the artists that were on this project are now making major moves and its only been one year.
