Today it seems almost as though we don't have any figures that we believe in enough to follow. Sometimes we don't give recognition where recognition is due but we can learn A LOT from PEOPLE. So on FOLLOW FRIDAYS I will be highlighting people that are the leaders of today. We can experience things on our own or we can find understanding in other peoples experiences and stories. They don't have to be perfect, were all human, but they say the key to success is to watch somebody else that's successful and duplicate what they did. Some people lie, some people tell jokes, and some people just don't have to talk at all because they just are the truth. Today on HARD WORK WEDNESDAYS I want to present to you my boy Polyester also known as Polyester The Saint. After many late night studio sessions until 6am the next morning, I've been able to really witness his true expression and a genuine energy. If I tell you that dude is a very talented artist, I would say that's somewhat of an understatement because his music is a representation of him as a person. Polyester is somebody that has found and embraced his COOL, and through his music is able to express himself on a level that will help the listener find their COOL. I'm a supporter of Polyester the person and I want to give you the opportunity to take some positive energy and some game from him and apply it to your life.
I came across a definition of the word "SONG" that I found interesting that I want to share with you all. Song - an elaborate vocal signal produced by an animal, as the distinctive sounds produced by certain birds, frogs, etc., in a courtship or territorial display. As mammals we have sounds that we use to identify ourselves and our territory. Polyester creates songs as expression to identify who he is as a musician. I could run down his list of collaborations, accolades, accomplishments, but there's really no need to. ENJOY!
The world is a reflection of who we are as humans and my man Poly creates music that is a reflection of him for the world to see. His music represents the universal sound of self-expression, a sound that can be accepted and understood globally. Keep working hard bro, you are an inspiration to myself and many!

This watch is perfect for world travel because it displays all 24 times zones. We should all take the time to travel in our lifetimes. If you think about it, people from different places have different perspectives about life in general. Imagine looking at an object from only one angle and trying to explain whats on the other side. Now think about looking at that same object from a couple different angles, and you have a better understanding of that object as a whole. That's LIFE! Always be willing to looking at things from a different perspective because it can only give you more information and data for you to create a positive and progressive response that stems from understanding. By not being willing to see something from a different perspective your only limiting your own knowledge. Think about that!
Today on COOL MUSIC MONDAY I'm going to be featuring a young dude by the name of Slik d. Slik reached out to me on some COOL 'ish and I just like that he's young and on his grind.
